About me

I am an experienced requirements manager with extensive IT expertise, specializing in requirement gathering, analysis, validation, specification, and management. With a deep understanding of ISO29148:2011, I can improve the user experience for customers, employees, and administration. I am a certified IREB CPRE professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. I have worked on various IT and software systems development projects, including ERPs, CRMs, VAS, and custom systems, and have experience implementing Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. My technical skills include React.js, RESTAPIs, Swagger, Git, Jira, Confluence, UML 2.0, UX-Design with Balsamiq, and BPMN. As a freelance software developer and consultant, I have developed custom software applications for clients. I hold a master's degree in Information Technology from FH Kiel, Germany, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Khazar University, Azerbaijan.
